By placing an order with Nardy Automation, you agree to these terms and conditions. Nardy Automation reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products
Nardy Automation sells new industrial automation parts. Products are not sourced from or authorized by the original manufacturer unless explicitly stated. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before shipment.
4. Shipping
Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day. Free UPS Ground shipping is included on all domestic orders. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any item. Contact us at sales@nardyautomation.com to request an RMA.
6. Warranty
All products are covered by Nardy Automation's standard 2-year warranty. The manufacturer's original warranty does not apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nardy Automation's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, production downtime, or equipment damage.

All product names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners. Nardy Automation is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or authorized by any manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
