Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any item. Contact us at sales@nardyautomation.com to request an RMA.
Warranty:
All products are covered by Nardy Automation's standard 2-Year Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
What's Covered:
- Defective components or parts that fail under normal operating conditions
- Products that do not perform to manufacturer specifications
- Electrical or mechanical failures not caused by misuse or external factors
What's Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage from power surges, lightning, or environmental factors
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
- Products that have been altered or repaired by third parties

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at sales@nardyautomation.com with your order number, part number, and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
